Caroline Benson
Practice Manager
Caroline started at The Dam in 1997 so has been with the practice for many years, firstly as a receptionist and then as practice manager. She loves her job and the diversity of it. No day is ever the same. Caroline has a cat called Levi; he was brought into the practice after being found as a little kitten with no home. Caroline also has a parrot called Billy.
Janice Prangnell
Receptionist
Janice joined The Dam in 2010 and is our full time receptionist. Janice has a Cocker Spaniel named George and a cat called Billy and is passionate about Selby’s wildlife.
Monda Kent
Receptionist
Monda started in 2007 and is our part time receptionist, doing a mix of mornings and evenings. Monda has two Yorkshire Terriers named Missy and Charlie, they are mother and son.
Wendy Thompson
Receptionist
Wendy started working at the practice in 2012 and is our evening receptionist. She really enjoys her work. Wendy spends a lot of time looking after her grandchildren during the day.
Susan Callon
Receptionist/Administrator
Susan has been with The Dam for over 30 years! Susan is only here part time as she is a busy mother of two boys. Susan has a Border Terrier called Coco.
Rachel Patience SDC
Professional Groomer
Rachel joined us in 2014, starting out as a nursing assistant but then going on to complete her SDC in grooming in 2015 so is now our full time dog groomer. Rachel has three cats called Milly, Narla and Chaplin.
